YouTube Updates BrandConnect, Community Posts and More
YouTube has introduced several updates, including reclassifying videos under 3 minutes as Shorts, making them eligible for the Shorts feed. It has also streamlined uploading externally recorded content by providing access to Shorts tools on Android and iOS. New features for Community Posts include image integration for quizzes and the "Dream Screen" tool for generating images from prompts. Additionally, YouTube has made it easier for creators to access monetisation opportunities through the BrandConnect program, now available directly in YouTube Studio. The activation, part of the "Christmas to Your Taste" campaign, allows passersby to tear off a layer of the ad for a scented surprise.Fairprice aims to add a festive twist to Christmas celebrations across Singapore. A second drop of these unique wrappers will be available at FairPrice Xtra in VivoCity and other locations starting December 7, 2024.
